Top Dog Award

The “Top Dog” Community Service Award Program is an initiative designed to help middle school students gain a sense of community service, pride, and ownership. The program is a way to encourage 6-8 grade students to contribute at least 100 hours of approved community service per school year.  Students meeting the requirements will be recognized as Top Dog or Chisholm Trail Community Service Leader award winners. 

  • Top Dog 9 week Award
  • No office referrals
  • A minimum of 8 hours of community service completed and documented only within the nine weeks grading period.  (Summer hours do not count.)  Due Dates:

 

  • October 11, 2019
  • December 19, 2019
  • March 6, 2020
  • May 1, 2020

Chisholm Trail Community Service Leadership Award

Students going for the 50 or 100 hours is for the calendar year will receive the Chisholm Trail Community Service Leadership Award.  (Summer hours do count, Hours start May 1, 2019)

  • 50 Hours Community Service Hours due May 1, 2020
  • 100 Hours Community Service Hours due May 1, 2020
  • Students will receive this prestigious award at the end of the year award ceremony!
